WHY AM I REQUIRED TO BRING IDENTIFICATION

It is required by state law that the notary properly identify his or her client. This is to prevent fraud and ensure the right person is signing the document.

WHERE DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES?

We are located in Jacksonville Florida and can travel to any location that is convenient for you. This can be your home or office, local coffee shop, restaurant, hospital, nursing home, etc. 

CAN A NOTARY PUBLIC GIVE LEGAL ADVICE?

No. A Notary Public is not authorized to perform legal services or give any legal advice. This is considered Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL). Please contact an attorney for any legal questions 

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT

Yes, an appointment is REQUIRED for all notary services to ensure a Notary Public will be available to see you. This also allows us to prepare and have all the necessary documents in advance. 

WHERE CAN I GET ONLINE NOTARIZATION DONE?

We currently use the Blue Notary platform to perform online notarizations. The platform allows for a secure and efficient process of notarizing documents online. 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Zelle, PayPal, CashApp and Venmo currently. 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Cost depends on several factors, for example, type of document, signing location, witness requirements, etc.

We are happy to discuss the cost with you prior to your scheduled appointment.
